A telecom operator and fintech platform in Uzbekistan. I was a tech lead of a backend-only fintech team covering top-ups, cashback, transactions, and Visa card issuance. Built a Visa processing adapter for secure card operations, an internal cashback system, and integrations with partners such as UPay and Click.uz.

SberBank

I joined SberBank as a system analyst and grew into a developer and tech lead. I led a product team of 7 people at SberBusiness — a large corporate banking platform. Launched investments and insurance products for legal entities from scratch. My responsibilities included estimation, sprint planning, and code review.
